We, the delegates of the National Peasants’ Party, assembled at Super Paradise Hotel, Wakaliga, on the 20th of December, 2024, in a spirit of unity, purpose, and resolve, hereby declare and affirm the guiding principles of our party...

Hierarchical branches from Village → Parish → Sub-County → Constituency → District → Sub-Region → National.
National Leadership (Articles 12–28)
The supreme organs include:
- National Delegates Conference (Supreme Organ)
- National Council
- National Executive Committee (NEC)
- President, Vice President, Secretary General, etc.
Final Provisions (Articles 35–44)
Electoral Commission
Impartial body responsible for free and fair internal elections.
Amendments & Dissolution
National Delegates Conference holds ultimate authority. Fundamental principles remain protected.
